The North Beach Volunteer Fire Dept will be hosting a GUN BASH on Saturday, November 13, 2010 from 1-7pm. Event will be held at the fire station located at 8536 Bayside Rd Chesapeake Beach Md. 20732. Tickets are $45/per person which includes food & drink as well as a chance to win 30 guns, 2 ATV's, CA$H Prizes and much more!
All gun winners subject to Federal Insta-check to receive gun prize. Guns must go in the name of the ticket holder. All out of state winners responsible for transfer of prize. Guns not claimed within 30 days after event date become property of North Beach Volunteer Fire Dept. Guns may be substituted if not available, with a gun of equal value. Winners of ATV prizes are responsible for taxes, tags, and title fees.
Gates open at 11:30 am
Winner need not be present to win.
You can win more than once.
Any unsold ticket becomes the property of the N.B.V. F. D.
N.B.V.F.D. is not responsible for typographical errors.
Must have valid Photo I.D. and be 21 years of age to consume alcohol..
Income tax on the cash prizes is the responsibility of the winner.
Any prize not claimed up within 30 days becomes the property of N.B.V.F.D.
Identification is required for the prize to be awarded.
You must have ticket and photo I.D. to enter the event,
only one admitted per ticket. No one under the age of 18 will be admitted.
No one may enter the grounds without a ticket.
Only registered ticket holders may claim prizes won.
Neither the N.B.V.F.D. nor any persons, organizations,
businesses or other sponsoring agent in the Gun
Bash 2010 assumes any liability for any claims, injury, damages, or other resulting out of the possession of the
guns or any other prizes obtained from this raffle.
Additional raffles and drawings will be available throughout the event at additional cost.
There will be a $30.00 fee on all returned checks.
All winners will be notified by phone or mail and the
