Open House This Sunday

October is Fire Prevention Month. We’re kicking off the recognition with our annual open house this Sunday, October 5, 2026, from 1pm to 4pm.

Stop by to meet your firefighters, EMTs, and paramedics. There will be contests and prizes for all, along with equipment demonstrations throughout the afternoon.

SMECO will be onsite with their traveling trailer to demonstrate how electricity works, along with electrical safety information.

And at 2pm, your NBVFD members will be delivering an auto extrication demonstration you won’t want to miss.
